FOREX IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES
In developing countries currency trading is a booming business because some businessmen speculate on the economies of different countries and gain from the differences in the fluctuations of the currencies of different states. Buying and selling of currencies is just like an ordinary buy and sell business where you buy an item at a lower cost and then resell it at a higher price and thereby gain or profit from the transaction. Just like any buy and sell business, it is governed by economic and business laws like supply and demand, availability. Urgency of usage , affordability and acceptability.
It is also gaining immensely because of the increasing demand in international and global business transactions today. Almost all businesses today have become global and hence the need for foreign exchange to facilitate international transactions.
In order to facilitate and to make these international transactions efficient, online forex trading is fast becoming the order of the day. Growing in parallel with online banking, this forex trading is becoming a necessary component of international business. Producers, suppliers, purchasers, middle men and up to the end users are in need of foreign exchange to take part in the international transactions and it is the online foreign exchange that provides them an efficient and fast way to avail of the different international currencies for them to be able to transact business from different parts of the world. We may speculate that in the not so distant future , an international currency would be developed to address this growing international interchange.
