TAMIFLU TO COMBAT SWINE INFLUENZA

The far and wide reach of the AH1N1 has reportedly reached pandemic proportions according to the World Health Organization (WHO). The virus allegedly can no longer be stopped from spreading and has become “plague-like”, affecting thousands of people all over the world, and resulting in the death of hundreds as of date. WHO has accordingly advised governments of states all over the world to take action and prepare their respective countries for the possible onslaught of the AH1N1 virus that is now adversely affecting the lives of many.

As for ourselves, we should not really wait for governments to start taking action, but begin protecting ourselves from the swine influenza virus before it is too late. A great way to start is by eating nutritious food rich in vitamins and minerals, particularly Vitamin C, to increase resistance against infections and viruses. There are also various antiviral medicine out there, one of which is Tamiflu. This drug works both for flu treatment and flu prevention. You can take it immediately after experiencing flu-like symptoms to prevent the flu virus from spreading inside your body; for flu prevention, you can take Tamiflu immediately after being exposed to someone with the flu, to help prevent making you sick.
